Filip Milosevic,
Founder & President
Filip Milosevic was born and raised in the beautiful, mountainous country of Montenegro. An accomplished artist who has shown his paintings in NYC galleries, Filip has been perfecting the art of moving since 2018.
Filip founded Lovman Inc. in 2019, confident that he had the knowledge and experience to provide streamlined and personalized moving services to the most discriminating of clients. He prides himself in his determination to work twice as hard to get your move done in half the time.
Filip lives in NYC with his wife and business manager, Ana, and his three young children.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Most property and building management companies in the New York metro area require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as proof that your moving company is insured. Rest assured that we are fully licensed by the New York State Department of Transportation and we include the Certificate of Insurance in your Flat Rate fee.
Our COI Process
Ask your building or property manager for the building you are leaving and/or moving into if they need a COI. If so, ask for a sample as some buildings may have their own preferred format.
We will make sure that all requirements are satisfied including minimum insurance value and the correct timing for completion.
We will email you a copy of the completed and confirmed COI to submit to your buildings’ management. We will also bring a hard copy of the COI on moving day so there are no surprises.

Insurance & Licenses
We provide FREE basic insurance coverage at 60 cents per pound per item as required by the New York State Department of Transportation.
You may purchase additional Declared Value Protection at least 48 hours prior to your move date via a 3rd party insurance company. We recommend the purchase of 3rd party insurance if you plan to move high-value items. Please note that customers cannot add supplemental 3rd party insurance either during or after a move.
Rest assured that we are fully licensed by the New York State Department of Transportation and we include the Certificate of Insurance in your Flat Rate fee.

Our Vehicle
We’re proud of our Isuzu NPR. Our vehicle is fully compliant with all state regulations and is safe, clean, and reliable.
Referrals and Discounts
Recommend our services to your family, friends and business associates and we’ll reward you with a referral fee of 10% of the contracted cost of the move upon payment and completion.
